Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 48 hours before a session: Reschedule your session for free.
Cancellations 24 hours before a session: Forfeit the session and the money paid for that session.
An exception can be made depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Please email admin@tghcoaching.com if you think you fall in this category.

Therapy deals more with your past and self-exploration. They can set goals with you as well but it is more centered around teaching you tools to heal and improve your mental health. Therapists can also deal with diagnosing mental health disorders.
